HVAC Tech, Sutton, came out to look at several problems with our aging Heat Pump & Air Handler. As we suspected, the cost of parts replacement made repairs not economically feasible. He gave us a cost of three full system replacement options, clearly ...spelt out. I made my choice with options and, with my experience with Pioneer, did not feel the need for other quotes. Installation techs Trevor and Glen came today, on time with everything required, and had the system up and running as promised. we had 2 Technicians come out; the first was Hunter and he found the problem and shut off the power to the water heater, shut off the box which burned up while we were at the store. When we came home and smelled like wires burning, Charles Roberts came ...out and explained the problem to us and what caused it. Then he gave us an estimate and installed the new box and we were back in business in a couple of hours. We are so grateful for these 2 Technicians that saved our house from burning. I bought a new gas package Trane system from Pioneer, and couldn’t be happier with how the experience went. My original tech and salesman, Craig, put together a multi-option quote and answered a TON of questions over the days I spent deliberating and ...researching systems to make sure I was making the right decision. I had some specific concerns unique to my system that he was able to address very knowledgeably. His experience level and patience through this part of the process had me thinking from the beginning that Pioneer was looking like a company I would be very happy to do business with. After I made a decision on equipment, my system was scheduled and installed quickly. The install team, Josh and Guy, did a great job, too. They were on time, professional and courteous throughout the process. After it was done, I could see that they had taken extra care to get the gas line plumbed perfectly, and made sure the third-party thermostat I was intent on using worked properly after having it’s wiring altered to function with the new system. Jason was the Quality Specialist that followed up after a couple days to make sure I was completely satisfied. Like the other Pioneer employees I dealt with, he was professional and courteous, and identified one minor detail in the install that could be improved upon. Within a few days Josh was back to make an adjustment (more cosmetic than anything) and the job was officially done. Spending thousands of dollars on a new HVAC system that includes years of parts and labor warranties isn’t the kind of thing I was going to do without carefully considering both the equipment I was purchasing and the (expected) quality of the service I would be receiving in the future. If what I have experienced thus far with Pioneer is any indication of what I can expect going forward, I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase a new HVAC system.
