My service was great. Eddie was very thorough. I’m still not a fan of the $99 service fee even though I purchased the system from Pioneer. They also push you to buy their annual maintenance plan. This company is useless. Less than a year old unit and our AC goes out. It should be under warranty but they are refusing to come out in a timely manner because we are not elderly or have small children/ health problems even though they didn’t even ask ...any of those questions!!! Apparently living in a house with no AC during the summer doesn’t constitute an emergency! It’s literally unlivable. When I was at home , depot store pioneer , set me up with the furnace and a c check. The first time here they show up hours late. I was told by pioneer that there was nothing wrong with my system. When it got hot i turn the ac on and nothing was worked. ...So I called them back and i was told that they will be out first thing in the morning. At 10 am i called them back and was told that they will be out in the afternoon. I received a text from pioneer to call them at 1 pm and was told that they will not be out and for me to call someone else to fix my problem. Misty is the lady who told me to call someone else. So beware when making a appointment for service they might show up. I will definitely tell people that I know about my experience with this company. This company installed a new HVAC unit in July 2023. The unit had to be replaced in December 2023 due to operational issues causing moisture accummulation sufficient the damage the unit, Service tech said this is the wrong unit not set up for propane ...and the only comment was oh well this sometimes happens. No one from Pioneer ever followed up . In March 2024 my propane supplier identifed a leak at the unit , my gas service was turned off until repairscometed by Pioneer, after multiple calls, emails and text requesting the Pioneer GM contact me regarding this series of events no one has made contact.
