Let me start by saying how much I appreciate Pioneer H&A! I bought my first unit from Pioneer shortly after my husband passed away in 2007. That unit recently needed some MAJOR repairs be done to it that would cost me a lot of money. I didn’t have the ...money to buy a new unit so of course I chose to repair the unit. They were scheduled to do the repairs last week, but Joe LNU, a sales manager with Pioneer, showed up at my door the day the repairs were to be done (I truly believe he was Heaven sent). He offered me a price for a new unit that I could afford and Joe (a different Joe) and Jaden came yesterday, Memorial Day, and installed my new unit (thank you Lord)!!! They were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing!!! Pioneer H&A is very fortunate to have these two employees as well as every one of their employees, from maintenance to office employees!!!! Their tech Gavin Thomas spent hours to fully test the system - - rather than a $3,700.00+ fix, this gentleman got our unit up and fully running for just over $700!!!
