My Mom had a leaky toilet. Called Pioneer around 10:00 am. Actually talked to a human. She was very nice. Said the tech would be to the house that afternoon. If they got way behind, they would call. It was around 5:00, but they did come and fixed the problem. The tech was very nice and knew what he was doing . Would highly recommend.
