Called over the weekend when my elderly parents heat stopped working during one of the coldest weekends so far this year. Pioneer was prompt to answer and respond by sending out a technician. When the technician arrived ( Kenny) he was patient and ...showed compassion as he explained the unit was cracked and needed replacement. Later in the evening he continued to work on putting a plan together to replace the unit. I talked to Kenny several times over the weekend who was always kind and explaining different options. Although we did not get a unit from Pioneer (we sent an SOS out to family members and found a cousin to replace the unit) I would highly recommend this company and Kenny thank you for your time,dedication and patience with my parents and son.Read More...

We had an appointment for them to come out and do the 6-month inspection of our heating system. Lake was the technician that came out. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He spent well over two hours servicing our system. He found an ...issue with the inducer motor bearings that techs from other companies had missed.
