HVAC Tech, Sutton, came out to look at several problems with our aging Heat Pump & Air Handler. As we suspected, the cost of parts replacement made repairs not economically feasible. He gave us a cost of three full system replacement options, clearly ...spelt out. I made my choice with options and, with my experience with Pioneer, did not feel the need for other quotes. we had 2 Technicians come out; the first was Hunter and he found the problem and shut off the power to the water heater, shut off the box which burned up while we were at the store. When we came home and smelled like wires burning, Charles Roberts came ...out and explained the problem to us and what caused it. Then he gave us an estimate and installed the new box and we were back in business in a couple of hours. We are so grateful for these 2 Technicians that saved our house from burning.
