Big shout out to Chris Ullery. He came to do semi annual maintenance on our old furnace. He was very polite and found two problems. He replaced a burned out wire and the other was just a minor problem but he showed me pics and where it was located so I could get my husband to repair a stripped out screw. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident he had checked everything and made sure it was working properly.

I just had my semi-annual HVAC service and was reminded why I love Pioneer. Great job by Wesley.

I had Michael come out a few days later and give me a quote on a new unit (mine’s 15 years old) and some duct upgrades/repairs. Great job from him as well.

Called for the first time to schedule a maintenance check on our HVAC. Chris U. was our technician & what a wonderful young man. He went straight to work on our HVAC & fixed what needed repair. I asked about a maintenance plan & he was well versed in what plans they offered & what was covered etc. Even though our Australian Shepherd thought he came to visit her, he gave her pets & continued on. I recommend Pioneer & Chris to anyone needing service on their HVAC. Thank You Chris.

Kudos to Austin Noe, the Pioneer sales rep who recommended the properly sized Generac whole house generator to meet our specific needs. He also designed a layout that met my spouse’s need to keep the generator, conduit and switchbox minimally intrusive to the look of our outdoor patio. Truth be told, she had veto power on this whole project, so him pleasing her was crucial. Thanks, Austin. We’re now protected from power outages.

This is the first time I’ve met Chris Ullery who came to do our annual maintainance even though it was in the 30s. He was right on time, professional, courteous, and has a great sense of humor. He spent time on our unit and fairly discussed with us the pros and cons of filters and upgrades. We have been extremely pleased with Pioneer for the past 16+ years. It is comforting to know that the company continues to employ quality and knowledgeable people like Chris to further their legacy.
