Kevin did a great job of servicing our hvac units. I did not appreciate the gouging for,parts that needed replacement. I certainly want to pay a reasonable rate but paying $310 for a $45 contactor is excessive. Now that we know how your pricing works we will be changing providers.

Called pioneer and met with Austin on having a new system installed. He was very professional and communication throughout the whole process was great.
JJ, Josh and John came out to do the new installation, great group of guys very professional, they explained the process and went right to work. Not sure how they managed to do all that work on a 95 degree summer day especially the attic part but they got it done and did a great job. Very Happy with work and the new system is working perfect. Thanks guys

Had a new heat system installed just a few days ago. Tim, Mike and John were courteous, informing me of everything they were doing. I also had a gas line taken out that was connected to a gas range I no longer wanted, and they made sure after they removed the line, that everything was caulked and neat in the crawlspace and the upstairs. Any time I need service, I will call on Pioneer.

As a professional maintenance and manufacturing engineer with over 50 years of experience, I am well qualified to know true HVAC professionals when I have the pleasure of coming in contact with them. I have used Pioneer as my HVAC service organization for over 2 years since moving to Tennessee. They are truly in a superior class by themselves. I would especially like to recommend my Service Engineer, Mr. Jay Whitsell, Pioneer’s Chief of Maintenance Training. He is outstanding in every respect. Air Conditioning and Heating Systems are too expensive to entrust to Amateurs. If you think a professional is expensive-wait until you have hired an amateur!

I was Fleeced for 25 minutes of work. $50 for call is fair. $160 for taping one duct back up. Not right. Bumped down to $130 when I asked if he thought that was fair… I will never use Pioneer again.

From start to finish, the Pioneer team was prompt and literally did everything exactly as they said they would. Austin came out and gave us very detailed options on getting our new system installed. The installation team (Lee, Davey, Mike, Zack) were all very pleasant, were very knowledge with each of the tasks they were assigned, did a quality job, and left our house clean like no one had even been there to work. I couldn't ask for anything more from this team. They did great and would highly recommend Pioneer to anyone needing work on their HVAC.

Arrived in the time frame they were to be here. Technician was extremely nice. Got to the job, had to go get a part returned had it fixed promptly. Very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone

My family had a great experience with Pioneer. Our HVAC unit was ancient and on its last legs. I called for an estimate on a new unit, and Austin was friendly and professional and got us a great deal on a replacement with easy financing through eScore. Less than a week later we had our new unit installed, and the crew was kind, friendly, fast and professional. Their names were Lee and Jason. I don’t know why we waited so long to replace!
