Pioneer installed a new heat and air unit. The technician was very informative and helpful, knew exactly what was needed and forward in the information given. I would highly recommend pioneer to anyone.

Kevin was very careful to keep his job clean from the start with covering the carpet. Kevin made it a point to do each process in both the removal as well as the installation of the inside a/c unit thorough and checked the process as he went, as well as checking the welding for its solid seal. Kevin explained some of the parts of the process as to some problems he found from the way the unit was installed and made sure to himself in double checking many things. He was so careful to keep the area clean during and after the process. Kevin was polite and, as I have owned a company with 9-10 employees I trained and supervised from 1989-2013, I can say to you Kevin is an excellent employee in all his actions and his professionalism. From one experienced employer to another employer, Kevin is definitely an employee you want to keep, and think you should want to know that. Great job Kevin and thank you VERY much!

Just wanted to say thank you to Austin and his team for a great experience with Pioneer. We were impressed with Austin’s professionalism and knowledge. We did have a couple of issues that needed correction after the installation but the followup was great and the issues were quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. Benjamin and Mike did a great installation and we are very happy with our new system. Thank you!

I just had a Trane HVAC unit installed in my home. Austin Noe had came to my home and looked at what I had and came me 3 quotes on different units to replace my 25 year Rheem unit and at good prices.. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on what I needed. Pioneer’s installation crew Jim and Mike installed the new unit and done a really professional job .They got new unit installed in less than a day. I would recommend them highly on workmanship and professionalism. Thank you Pioneer.

I will never know if their service is good or not, I put in a request on Sunday June 23, 2018 via online chat for service after 6:30 Monday night, gave the rep 3 telephone numbers (1 home, 2 work) and my email and explained that we would be at work Monday. No call received at any of the numbers, no email. Got home Monday night at 6:30 they had called the home number just before 8 am that morning leaving a message that I should call if I still needed service. So I called and explained to the lady with the answering service that I told them I would be at work and they called me at home which I didn’t know until I got home, but that I still needed service. She said she would dispatch a message to the tech on call and he would call me back. No call again. Tuesday morning we called another company and they repaired the unit Tuesday night. When we got home Tuesday night we found that Pioneer had called the home number again that morning just before 8 am. Never used this company so I admit I don’t know how this works, I assumed the tech on call was on call Monday night and would call me then. By this time we had we called another company (Tuesday morning) and they repaired the unit for us the same night. I read so many good reviews about Pioneer, I thought I would buy the next unit from them when the time comes, so much for that idea. I hate to see companies operated like this, after reading their philosophy that they are dependent on the customer, not visa versa, that sounds great, but needs to be followed up with actions. I don’t need you now, I found someone who would meet my needs. Thanks anyway.

Totally satisfied. This was a top-notch experience: an excellent, professional and nice crew, excellent product, installed well, on schedule. Hard-working and very, very pleasant people. Only needed to cover up the surrounding area a little better to keep drill dust off things. Totally minor matter easily resolved. This is not a simple “pop it in” job: it takes many skills, involves knowledge and a willingness to work hard. Could not have been more pleased, from the sales estimate through the installation. High quality people and product.

i AM WRITING TO COMMEND MY SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOSH WHO CAME TO RECHARGE MY UNIT ON SUNDAY 7/1/18. HE WAS COURTEOUS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY NEEDS, HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH PIONEER HEATING AND AIR AND WILL CONTINUE TO WORK THROUGH THEM FOR ANY AND ALL MY AC HEAT NEEDS. ABOVE ALL VERY HONEST!!!!

Pioneer sent an excellent technician named Kreigh to handle our list of problems. He solved every problem Including a faulty zone damper motor and an undersized circuit breaker. Previously another excellent technician named Drew replaced our starter capacitor. I appreciate their courtesy and competence.

Kevin did a great job of servicing our hvac units. I did not appreciate the gouging for,parts that needed replacement. I certainly want to pay a reasonable rate but paying $310 for a $45 contactor is excessive. Now that we know how your pricing works we will be changing providers.
