Great costumer service!

Pioneer came to home to repair a water drainage problem. It turned out the condensate pump need cleaning and a some new plastic tubing, I was charged $60.00 for about 8 feet of 1 inch plastic tubing and the total bill was $300.00. I was not pleased with there work and not use them again.

Max Daniels is a true asset to Pioneer. He just completed the repair to my unit and kept me informed during the process since a part had to be delivered. He even showed me a picture of the problem. He was very courteous. I appreciate Max and Pioneer being so prompt, because my daughter has serious health issues and could not handle the heat level. Thank you Max!

This review is a little late, but better late than never! We had our generator installed right after Christmas and Austin came and went over everything, scheduled the install. We had a bump with the propane people, but Austin took care of the situation and we rolled with another propane company. This company is very professional from Austin to the staff in their office to the crew that installed the generator. Thank you so much for everything!

Although I have been impressed with Pioneer I will have to note that I have had them out to the house three times for my furnace. On the 21st of March I had a service done. Josh worked very hard while he was hear. However he took the unit doors off in order to take pictures of a part he replaced. Once he did that and left the unit has not started up again since then. My house is currently 61 degrees and falling. I have spent about 600.00 and now it is not working again.

Two years ago we replaced two aging heating and a/c units with top of the line Trane units. We absolutely love the improvement they have provided. In the last month, we had a new 22kw Generac generator installed along with air scrubbers on the heat & a/c units along with improving some duct work. Austin was exceptionally helpful and Davey and the guys were very thorough, neat and helpful. Glad I got referred to Pioneer five years ago. The office girls are also always helpful and friendly.

Totally satisfied. This was a top-notch experience: an excellent, professional and nice crew, excellent product, installed well, on schedule. Hard-working and very, very pleasant people. Only needed to cover up the surrounding area a little better to keep drill dust off things. Totally minor matter easily resolved. This is not a simple “pop it in” job: it takes many skills, involves knowledge and a willingness to work hard. Could not have been more pleased, from the sales estimate through the installation. High quality people and product.

Pioneer sent an excellent technician named Kreigh to handle our list of problems. He solved every problem Including a faulty zone damper motor and an undersized circuit breaker. Previously another excellent technician named Drew replaced our starter capacitor. I appreciate their courtesy and competence.

Kevin did a great job of servicing our hvac units. I did not appreciate the gouging for,parts that needed replacement. I certainly want to pay a reasonable rate but paying $310 for a $45 contactor is excessive. Now that we know how your pricing works we will be changing providers.
