Called on Friday afternoon at 2.15 to see if they could fix our AC . They said they would send someone before 5
Tech named Chris called said he would be here in 30 minutes. He got her in 20 minutes and immediately went to work found the defective part , checked on warranty, replaced it checked the system and was finished in 1/2 hour
Chris was extremely polite and very knowledgable, and professional, explained what the part did in AC system

Wow! Just Wow! From the first moment we contacted Pioneer, we have been blow away by them, at every turn. Austin Noe came to our house and was brilliant! He assessed our great need and meticulously examined our house from top to bottom, coming up with the best plan to Cool and Heat our house properly. He listened carefully & took detailed measurements in every room….all with a delightful smile on his face. He then went out of his way to answer some difficult questions (dealing with Heating & Air Building Codes), all the while keeping us informed every step of the way. It was such a breath of fresh air to be kept in the loop, while waiting for answers. He even took questions, after hours. The Installation Team (Jason, Lee, Mike & a Trainee), was equally as exceptional. They went over and above to see the job was done correctly, and were a joy to to around. Last, but not least, was Max, who came out a few days later to reassure me, when I thought I heard a strange noise…he was at our house within half an hour of calling the office! We CAN NOT say enough good things, about these men, and the Pioneer Company, as a whole. Peace of Mind is priceless, and that is what you get with Pioneer. We set the bar high, and Pioneer EXCEEDED our every expectation. After struggling through 5 years of a bad situation, Pioneer has restored my faith in the industry. THANK YOU Pioneer, for who you are and what you offer!!

Max Daniels came out to my house to fix my AC at almost 9pm on a Saturday. He was friendly and helpful, even when my furry home security system (a 12-year-old beagle) was howling at him. He was efficient and thorough, and I greatly appreciate it since the inside of my house was 93 degrees. He was a total lifesaver, and I can’t say enough great things about him!

Wow…just WOW! From the moment Austin Noe showed up at our home, I knew we were in good hands. Initially, Austin listened intently and took detailed notes. Once it was determined we needed a new unit, he was meticulous in measuring every vent and register in our entire house, while, also, mapping out our entire crawl space and attic areas. He studied air flow and air movement patterns, throughout the entire house, and continually kept me in the loop as to what he was thinking. He went WAY ABOVE, to find the answers to a difficult coding question and kept us updated on his progress, in the days that followed. We were blown away by his thoroughness and attention to detail! As for the installation team of Jason, Lee, Mike and a Trainee, they spent two full days at our house, making sure the job was done correctly, and professionally. They were stellar and very respectful. Max came within 30 minutes of a call, when we had a question, a few days after install, and he was just as brilliant. Enough can not be said for this company….from Savanna, who I have talked to several times, in the office, to everyone we have interacted with…..Pioneer goes above and beyond, to ensure their customers have quality and peace of mind. Austin Noe arrived at our house and EXPERTLY mapped out air flow and inspected every register and return. He designed a new system for us and went WAY over board to answer a difficult code question. The installation team of Jason, Lee & Mike, were beyond professional. Max followed up (arrived within a 1/2 hour or being called), a few days later, to answer a new system question. From top to bottom, Pioneer is stellar in every way!!! We now have peace of mind and recommend them to everyone!

Pioneer is an excellent company! I originally called a different company and felt as though I was being taken advantage of so, I called Pioneer for a second opinion. The Technician treated me with the utmost respect, explained what was happening and how he was going to fix it, and charges before he did anything. I will absolutely be calling them for any needs in the future. And thank you again, Chris, for being so thorough and nice!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and nice ? and the technician that came out to my house was very professional . Got my air conditioner back up and running and saved the day. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a great company to get their air conditioner unit back up and running. Thank -you! So so much !!

These people are excellent, prompt and honest! My unit is close to 40 years old and they have never pressured me to buy a new unit I cannot afford. This is the second time I have used them. 10+ years ago I needed freon, this week I needed another pound. I would never dream of using anyone else. I'm very happy with them!
