I am so glad I hired Pioneer Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my 25-year-old furnace, heat pump A/C, and water heater. I put a lot of time and effort into researching this project because I am severely HVAC challenged! Across the board, they have been great to work with. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the company in general and specifically to: Michael Lampkin for his time and patience in answering my myriad questions! First contact is really important and Michael represents the company extremely well. Also, thank you (in alphabetical order) to the following individuals who worked on my installation: Henry, Jimmy, Jordan, Leroy, and Rex who worked on the furnace and heat pump. They ran into an unexpected issue with the furnace which they worked diligently to resolve. I was very impressed with their knowledge, skill level, and especially their work ethic. Also, thanks so much to (plumbers) Dakota and Eric who installed my new water heater.
Bottom Line: I have confidence in Pioneer, would hire them again, and will recommend the company to others.

David Elkin came to our home 1/24 to complete a plumbing concern & he was AMAZING! he knew exactly what needed to be done. He was friendly, professional and respectful of our home.

If there were a 6th star, I’d leave that one too. David worked all day in cold, wet weather to find and fix an underground leak in our yard. He was extremely professional and courteous. Recommend without hesitation.

Dennis & Austin were extremely informative, helpful, polite & professional. Would highly recommend. Thank you Pioneer for installing my generator & giving me a piece of mind. And also sending Ace Electric they were great also.

Austin and Aiden were here all day finishing up a total re-plumb, duct work and new water heater installation. Their work was excellent and professional. We also had Rosa and several other people on the job over the last week. All of them were great.
