That being said, make sure to bulk up your home’s insulation as part of total home weatherization. Additionally, seal your ducts, as leaking ducts can account for 25% of a cooling bill. Finally, make sure all windows and doors are properly sealed and have ample shading to keep the heat from coming in.
Maintain Your Air Conditioner
